Food & Resources Centre

Over 90% registered members are elderly citizens. The Food Centre distributes on a regular basis various foodstuff such as rice, oil, noodles and biscuits. During winter months, special apparel items are also gifted to the members. For the physically challenged, volunteers are organized to deliver items to the members’ home.

In conjunction with various volunteer organizations, the Centre also organized seasonal events and festive galas for its members. The events help build strong ties within the community and encourage active participation and a healthy lifestyle.

•    Up to April 2024, the Trust has distributed food packs to nearly 1,120 registered elderly residents in Shek Wai Kok Estate and Cheung Shan Estate.
