On April 27, 2024, the Hong Kong Youth Association and The Association of Directors and Former Directors of Pok Oi Hospital Limited Leung Sing Tak School collaborated with the Yuk Ching Charity Fund to organize a home visitation and distribution of care packages to elderly residents with limited mobility in Shek Wai Kok Estate and Cheung Shan Estate. This activity aimed to show care and support to the elderly in the community who are in need.

The visitation not only provided tangible material support but also aimed to create a warm and caring atmosphere for the elderly. The youth members engaged in conversations, listened to their stories and needs, and offered friendly companionship and assistance.

Such activities are crucial for fostering community cohesion, promoting intergenerational communication, and enhancing the spirit of mutual assistance in society. Through interaction and support, our goal is to bring joy and warmth to the elderly residents and encourage young people to pay attention to the community and care for others.

The collaboration among the Hong Kong Youth Association, Leung Sing Tak School, and the past and present leaders of the Leung Sing Tak School has connected these organizations in serving the community together. We hope that such collaborations can continue, providing assistance and support to more individuals in need.
