【Elderly Support Centre】Yuk Ching Charity Trust & Lions Club of Hong Kong Kings Park jointly hold Cardiovascular Risk Assessment

To raise awareness and enable early detection of health risks among seniors, Yuk Ching Charity Trust partnered with the Lions Club of Hong Kong Kings Park to hold a Cardiovascular Risk Assessment event on the afternoon of March 27 at the Ko Yee Estate Elderly Support Centre. The event was well received, with over 30 seniors participating.

The aim of the event was to provide free and accessible health screenings so seniors could better understand their cardiovascular risk and take early action on diet and lifestyle to protect their health. Services on site included risk assessments, basic blood pressure and blood glucose checks, health consultations, and personalized advice—helping participants identify concerns and learn practical steps to improve their well-being.

We extend our gratitude to the Lions Club of Hong Kong Kings Park, the Elderly Support Centre staff, and volunteers for their dedication and assistance. Yuk Ching Charity Trust will continue to maintain close collaboration with the Lions Club to organize regular community health programs that support seniors’ quality of life and long-term health.
