The Wan Chai District Neighborhood Welfare Association has been serving the community for many years and has approximately 400 elderly members. As the Lunar New Year approaches, YCCT generously sponsored 400 blessing bags for the Wan Chai District Neighborhood Welfare Association to distribute to its elderly members. These blessing bags not only contain a variety of New Year goods, such as rice, oil, noodles, canned food, and daily necessities.

At the distribution ceremony, the chairman and trustees of YCCT, along with Mrs Peggy Lam, the chairman of the Wan Chai District Neighborhood Welfare Association, participated and personally handed the blessing bags to each elderly member. The elderly members, upon receiving the blessing bags, were filled with joy and expressed their gratitude. This event not only allowed the elderly to feel the festive atmosphere but also made them feel the care and support from the community.

Charimen of tYCCT stated that through this event, they hope to bring warmth and blessings to the elderly during this traditional festival, allowing them to feel the care and support from society. Meanwhile, the Wan Chai District Neighborhood Welfare Association also expressed that they will continue to strive to provide more services and support to the elderly in the district, enriching and enhancing their lives.
