On November 2nd, the Charity Begin at Home 2024 event, organized by the Yuk Ching Charity Trust and co-organized by the Christian Family Service Centre, with strong support from Crystal International Group Limited and Crystal Volunteers, was successfully held in Kwun Tong. This event not only benefited 330 elderly individuals living alone or in pairs but also highlighted the community's unity and care, ensuring that every elderly person felt the warmth and support of human connection.

This year, over 130 volunteers actively participated, coming from various groups. These volunteers held bags filled with heartfelt and practical gifts, delivering tangible assistance and emotional comfort to those in need.

The success of the event lies not only in the distribution of materials but also in the love and care it conveyed, inspiring every community member to participate and fostering connections among them. Through such activities, we not only provide practical support to the elderly but also plant seeds of love and hope in society, making the entire community more harmonious and beautiful.
