In early 2023, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Turkiye and Syria, affecting up to 23 million residents. YCCT donated HK$200,000 through Oxfam Hong Kong to assist in the purchase of emergency supplies and reconstruction services in the disaster-stricken areas.
