On January 16, 2023, Yuk Ching Charity Trust once again donated a batch of fresh vegetables to Food Angel. The vegetables donated this time are lettuce and broccoli, which are freshly picked from farmlands in Yuen Long and Tsiu Keng then delivered directly to Food Angel’s central kitchen in Sham Shui Po to prepare free hot meals for low-income people.

This donation is the largest amount of loving vegetables ever, as many as 21 large bags, totalling about 270Kg. It is hoped that this batch of fresh vegetables can be made into delicious meals to help those in need.
